It's difficult for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The greatest achievements have been successfully scaled.

This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained nearly four years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, the ones sought by the peak baggers, are all that remain for a squad that has achieved everything.

The fact it required until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a tribute to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

It is hard for their batsmen to maintain a record if not afforded the chance.

Ultimately, the result of Australia conceding 330 was leader Alyssa Healy being given an opportunity to deliver her newest gem.

Originally famous as the young family member of renowned former Aussie wicketkeeper Ian, she made her debut in 2010 after her country didn't secure either of the 20 or 50-over World Cups from the prior year and has witnessed all through 15 trophy-laden years since.

She reached fifty in 35 balls - her fastest at the World Cup - and her hundred in 84 as she flogged anything short, scoring 21 fours and three maximums.

When she was dismissed her side needed 66 additional runs at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"To chase 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm pleased we have the belief to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it another time but, if we do, we are confident we can achieve it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing rival teams at this tournament should hear.

Over the past five days a feeling they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this victory following win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in ten days, by which point a last-four spot may probably be guaranteed.
